
Kelli Heitstuman-Tomko
Kelli Heitstuman-Tomko grew up in a small town in North Idaho and has lived in Florida, New Hampshire and Colorado. While living in Idaho, she was a member of the Coeur d’ Alene chapter of the Idaho Writers’ League.
Heitstuman-Tomko attended Front Range Community College and Metropolitan State University of Denver, from which she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in news and editorial journalism.
While attending MSU Denver, Heitstuman-Tomko was a reporter, news editor and columnist for The Metropolitan and interned with DBAToday.com. After graduation, she wrote for The Sheridan Press in Sheridan, Wyoming, and The Fence Post in Greeley, Colorado. She is currently the managing editor of CWS.
Heitstuman-Tomko lives in Thornton and, during her down time, is an amateur photographer and an avid reader.
